Cycle Recycle

In addition to the above, Cycle Recycle courses are also available. Participants on Cycle Recycle work on the restoration of a redundant bike to enable it to be re-used. Through the project, they learn how to fix common faults and how to ride the bike safely. At the end of the programme, the participants are able to keep the bike they have been working on. Again, these courses can be tailored to suit individual needs and can be accredited if required.

Dr Bike

The Active Travel Hub delivers Dr. Bike sessions in the community where small repairs and maintenance can be carried out.
